Return shipping costs for furniture and décor items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For returns from properties in Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and surrounding South Florida communities, we will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns shipped to our Boca Raton, Florida facility. Large furniture items may require special handling and may incur additional return shipping fees based on size and weight, in accordance with standard shipping practices in the United States.
Refunds for interior décor services and product purchases will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, processed from our Boca Raton, Florida office.
